Good program, Good programmers

I saw an article in the Garden (http://news.cnblogs.com/n/92449/) about the views of Western programmers on Oriental programmers. I followed the link and looked at it. I felt that people in the West were very responsible for the discussion of a problem. The comment on a good programmer and a poor programmer on the 17 th floor is very valuable. The core stuff is saved and kept. It's okay!

Good programmers are curious (curious, curious)
Good programmers read online blogs and articles and try to learn more about their field (read others' blogs, write blogs, and want to learn more in their own fields)
Good programmers answer questions on Stack Overflow)
Good programmers with 1-2 years experience or more understand that their Computer Science education wasn't a waste of time (programmers with 1-2 years of working experience may better understand, their computer science education is not a waste of time)
Good programmers can think outside the box (will jump out of the inherent mindset)
Good programmers are also good leaders (a Good leader)
Good programmers are proactive and don't need to be told what to do (positive, no need for others to tell what to do)
Most importantly, good programmers are also good communicators. the best programmers are the ones who can persuade others. they're the ones who can patiently debate a problem with another peer until a solution is found. (more important for programmers)

The biggest challenge is communication.

Whatever the challenge, don't ever stereotype yourself or others. you have just as much potential as anyone else and vice versa. just remember that you can do anything that you really put your mind! (In any case, remember not to stay the same. You have the same talent as others, and vice versa. Remember that as long as you do it with your heart, nothing can be done)
