Grant all privileges and grantprivileges to Mysql

  1. 1. Change the table.

    It may be that your account is not allowed to log on remotely, but only on localhost. At this time, you only need to log on to the computer of localhost and change the "host" entry in the "user" table in the "mysql" database to "%" from "localhost"

    SQL code

    1. mysql-u root-pvmwaremysql> use mysql;

    2. mysql> update user set host = '%' where user = 'root ';

    3. mysql> select host, user from user;

  2. 2. Authorization method.

    For example, if you want myuser to use mypassword to connect to the mysql server from any host.

    SQL code

    1. grant all privileges on *. * TO 'myuser' @ '% 'identified BY 'mypassword'

    Grant option;

    2. flush privileges;

    If you want to allow myuser to connect to the mysql server from a host whose ip address is 192.168.1.6, and use mypassword as the password

    SQL code

    1. grant all privileges on *. * TO 'myuser' @ '192. 168.1.3 'IDENTIFIED

    2. 'mypassword' with grant option;

    3. flush privileges;

    Grant all privileges on *. * TO 'myuser' @ '192. 168.1.3 'IDENTIFIED

    'Mypassword' with grant option;

    Flush privileges;

    If you want to allow myuser to connect to the dk database of the mysql server from a host with ip address 192.168.1.6, and use mypassword as the password

    SQL code

    1. grant all privileges on dk. * TO 'myuser' @ '192. 168.1.3 'IDENTIFIED

    2. 'mypassword' with grant option;

    3. flush privileges;

    Grant all privileges on dk. * TO 'myuser' @ '192. 168.1.3 'IDENTIFIED

    'Mypassword' with grant option;

    Flush privileges;

    Note that after authorization, you must flush privileges; otherwise, it cannot take effect immediately.

  3.

    Another method.

    Run the following command on the machine where mysql is installed:

    1. d: \ mysql \ bin \> mysql-h localhost-u root

    // You can access the MySQL server.

    2. mysql> grant all privileges on *. * TO 'root' @ '%' WITH GRANT OPTION

    // Grant data access permissions to any host

    3. mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES

    // The modification takes effect.

    4. mysql> EXIT

    // Exit the MySQL server

    In this way, you can log on to any other host as the root user!

    Others:

    Mysql> grant all privileges on *. * to 'energy _ pf '@ '192. 168.2.65' identified by 'energy _ pf 'with grant option;

    Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

    Mysql> plush privileges;

    Allow the user energy_pf to connect to any database (*. *) on the mysql server from the host whose ip address is 192.168.2.65, and use energy_pf as the password

    Mysql>Grant all privileges on *. * TO 'root' @ 'localhost'

    ->Identified by 'some _ pass' with grant option;

    // Local operation permission

    Mysql>Grant all privileges on *. * TO 'root' @ '%'

    ->Identified by 'some _ pass' with grant option;

    First, declare that, in general, you need to have the root permission in MySQL to modify the mysql password and grant permissions.

    Note:This operation is performed at the WIN command prompt, and phpMyAdmin is also applicable.
    User: phplamp user database: phplampDB

    1. Create a user.

    // Log on to MYSQL
    @> Mysql-u root-p
    @> Password
    // Create a user
    Mysql> insert into mysql. user (Host, User, Password) values ("localhost", "phplamp", password ("1234 "));
    // Refresh the system permission list
    Mysql> flush privileges;
    In this way, a user named: phplamp password: 1234 is created.

    Then log on.

    Mysql> exit;
    @> Mysql-u phplamp-p
    @> Enter the password
    Mysql> logon successful

    2. Authorize the user.

    // Log on to MYSQL (with ROOT permission ). I log on as ROOT.
    @> Mysql-u root-p
    @> Password
    // Create a database for the user (phplampDB)
    Mysql> create database phplampDB;
    // Authorize the phplamp user to have all the permissions of the phplamp database.
    > Grant all privileges on phplampDB. * to phplamp @ localhost identified by '123 ';
    // Refresh the system permission list
    Mysql> flush privileges;
    Mysql> other operations

    3. delete a user.
    @> Mysql-u root-p
    @> Password
    Mysql> delete from user WHERE User = "phplamp" and Host = "localhost ";
    Mysql> flush privileges;
    // Delete the user's database
    Mysql> drop database phplampDB;

    4. Modify the password of the specified user.
    @> Mysql-u root-p
    @> Password
    Mysql> update mysql. user set password = password ('new password') where User = "phplamp" and Host = "localhost ";
    Mysql> flush privileges;
