Download WTL 9.0 from http://wtl.sourceforge.net/, or click this link to download:wtl90_4140_final.zip, and then extract it to your VC directory,

my address is: C:\Program Files (x86) \microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\WTL, you can switch to your VC directory address

Then open the Appwiz directory and double-click Setup.js

Then go all the way OK.

Then you can use the wizard to create a new WTL project in VS, compile error: File Atlapp.h is not found because the project include does not protect WTL include *.h file, set the project's include directories, Right-click on the following window in the text box behind the Include Directories
Add $ (vcinstalldir) Wtl\include

And then compile it and find it's OK.
