1. Install the MySQL Service
Enter the directory F: \ MS-DOS \ bin from the mysql-5.0.51b-win32 window and run the following command:
Mysqld -- install MySQL -- defaults-file = F: \ mysql-5.0.51b-win32 \ My. ini

2. Start the MySQL database
Start MySQL service: Net start MySQL
Stop MySQL service: net stop MySQL
Delete MySQL service: mysqld -- remove MySQL
