Understand the user's needs before starting the build program

Before we start writing this address book program--or any program--we take a moment to think about who's going to use the program and what they need it for.

1.CEO needs to use this address book program at work, and it needs to be used on his laptop. He needs an installation package to make sure that all the files are properly installed on both computers.

The sales team of the 2.ObjectvillePaper company also wants to use the CEO's address Book. They need the CEO's data to build a mailing list to get users and get more sales.

The CEO feels that using a database is the best way for people across the company to see his data, and then he just needs to maintain a copy of all the contact information.
