The hh610 pressure recorder is used to measure and record the pressure data. It can record the historical data of 1 million points. The historical data of hh610 is transferred to the universal USB flash drive as a file, providing a variety of analysis software, meets the requirements of users for analyzing and viewing data, exporting data to excel, and generating reports. (Note: software can be customized according to user requirements ).

The hh610 parameter can be used to connect to the computer through a data cable, and the storage interval, alarm threshold value, Calibration Time, and other tasks can be modified by configuring the software.

Hh610 supports segmentation of historical data to separate multiple groups of field measurement data.

The measuring range is 100kpa. The measuring joint uses the diameter 9 Green joint and the silicone hose to directly measure the outlet pressure of the Low-Pressure box in the gas pressure regulating station.

(Instructions)

01. The sampling joint and pressure range are supported. The pressure is less than 9mm kPa, and the 30 cm Green joint is used. The supporting unit is 8mm 11 * pu. The sensor ranges from 2MPa kPa to 1/4, and the connection connector uses a "NSPs or m14 × 1. 5 wire connector.

02. The LCD display information consists of the upper, lower, and indicator values. Data in the upper and lower rows shows the pressure, time, date, and download progress. The indicators include unit, battery, communication status, extreme value statistics, and data retention.

03. Power-on (long press): used for power-on and power-off. After the device is turned on, the screen displays the time on the uplink and the measured pressure value on the downlink. The default value is the last option. Press the button for power-on. The countdown is displayed on the screen, and the screen is closed 3 seconds later. "Standby": After hh610 is started, if no key operation is performed within 30 seconds, it automatically enters sleep mode, closes the LCD screen, and stops real-time measurement of pressure data, only periodically collects pressure and records historical data. Light (click): After the LCD backlight is enabled, the screen backlight is turned off after being lit for 1 second. You can choose to enable or disable the backlight Based on the screen definition.

04. Reset (long press): When the pressure value is not set to zero when no pressure source is connected, the zero point correction is completed after the screen is temporarily disabled. Unit (JOG): four types of pressure units (PSI, KPA, mmh20, bar) are provided for the instrument, and the period is switched by pressing the unit button.

05. The extreme value is the maximum and lowest value for calculating the pressure for a period of time. The start time of the extreme value statistics is also set by pressing the "Extreme Value" button. Extreme Value (long press): the "S" symbol in the upper left corner of the screen closes for one second. After "S" is re-displayed, the start time of this extreme value statistics is completed. Extreme Value (click): displays the maximum and minimum values of the current statistical pressure on the display. "min" indicates the minimum value and "Max" indicates the maximum value.

06. Time (click): the time when the value is displayed on the LCD panel. The time format is "hour: minute ". LCD value display date: the display format is "month-day ". Download (long press): After connecting to the USB flash drive through the Mini-USB cable, long press the "Download" button to start the instrument to write historical pressure data to the USB flash drive, create an "XXXX" in the "logdat" folder of the USB flash drive. DAT file (XXXX is the four-digit meter number ).

07. The hold and monitoring buttons have two meanings: "screen lock" to keep the screen display data unchanged; "Keep measurement" to keep fast and continuous measurement without entering sleep mode. Hold (click): screen lock function. During the pressure measurement process, the hold button is clicked, the screen is locked, and the H indicator is displayed. The data does not change, this allows you to analyze and record data. Click the "hold" button again to cancel the screen lock function. The "H" indicator disappears. Monitoring (long press): Keep the measurement function to prevent the meter from entering the "standby" mode. The screen is always displayed. The upper row information is displayed as "Val-", and the lower row information displays the current pressure, the pressure value is refreshed 20 times per second for rapid real-time pressure detection. Press any key to cancel the "keep measurement" function.

08. New Test (click): displays the number of the Data Group of the current record, and displays "No: XX" on the uplink. XX indicates 00 ~ 99 groups of data. The downstream displays "Go --" or "stop", which indicates whether the data in this group is running or stopped. New Test (long press): used to start the next group of measurement tasks, or to stop this measurement task.
