You can highlight what you find in a Word 2010 document and identify persistent tags for those content. These tags persist even if you close the Find and Replace dialog box, or if you have other editing actions for Word 2010 documents. The steps to highlight what you find in Word 2010 are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, click the Find Drop-down button in the Edit group in the Start Ribbon, and select the Advanced Find command from the Open Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 2010081201.

Step 2nd, in the Open Find and Replace dialog box, enter the content you want to find in the Find what edit box, click the Read Highlight button, and select the Highlight All command, as shown in Figure 2010081202.

Step 3rd, you can see that all the found content is identified with a yellow rectangular background, and that the identity is not canceled when you close the Find and Replace dialog box or edit the word 2010 document. If you need to cancel these identities, select the clear Highlighting command on the read Highlight menu, as shown in Figure 2010081203.
