I believe that a lot of people will encounter the above problem, the correct way to solve:

1. Click the GitHub link in the error message

2, Mr. Cheng good token and copy

3. Open terminal, enter export homebrew_github_api_token= your copy TOKEN string

4. Fix

$ export homebrew_github_api_token= your copy of the TOKEN string
