How can I restore a database of a higher version to a lower-version server?

I saw a post in the forum today asking if I could welcome the database of SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2005, which is not supported by SQL Server. However, it can be implemented in other ways. First, export the database script on SQL Server 2008, create an object on SQL Server 2005, and then use the import and export tool to import data to 2005.

 

Note the "script for server version" option in the script export process. Select a lower version. Otherwise, the exported script may fail to run on a lower version server.
