In the previous article, we learned how to use Excel2013 to center content when printing a table, and today we're going to learn the trick of printing a long table in Excel2013 so that each page prints out the table title.
The following are specific practices:
1, we use Excel2013 to open a long form, as shown in the following picture, from the print preview of this table we can see that the first page is a table title, the remaining page of the first row there is no table title.
2. Now let's modify the page settings, switch to the Page Layout tab, and click the Print Title button in the page Setup group.
3, there will be a "Page Setup" dialog box, we switch to the Sheet tab, and then position the cursor in the "Print title" area of the "Top header row" text box.
4, now, we select the first row of the worksheet, "Top header row" will automatically show "$1:$1", click the Print Preview button.
5, will now jump to the "Print Preview" page, we see the first line after the page also has a title, the effect is as follows.
Tip: You can not only set the print row headings per page, you can also set each page to print column headings.
