After the Orchard CMS is installed, the configuration files and databases are saved in the App_Data directory. This directory is protected and cannot be accessed through a web address.

If you want to completely reload your site, you can delete all the files in this directory, but it is best to back up first! Once you have deleted and re-visited the site, you can reinstall the Orchard CMS.
