Generally, the Office will have an integrated shared Fax printing and copying machine. Sometimes the system is reinstalled or deleted by mistake, and the public printer will be accidentally deleted. I learned to connect anxiously and waited for the arrival of maintenance personnel.
First, check the model of the Public printer (a printer is used as an example here), download the corresponding driver package (usually compressed file, unzip it), and the IP address (ask the administrator, generally, other colleagues will also know, or go to the connected computer to view ).
Open the printer fax page. Select Add Printer

Select create new Port and select Standard TCP/TP Port
Next, enter the IP address of the printer.
