How do I install information sockets in integrated wiring?

In the integrated wiring project, the installation of Information sockets must be as high, flat, and firm. There is an information module in the information outlet. There are two methods for information module crimping:

1) crimping with a threading tool.

2) directly crimping without the need for wire hitting tools.

Based on engineering experience, the crimping module is generally used as a threading tool.

The procedure of module crimping is as follows:

1) Use a wire stripping tool to strip the outer skin of the cable at 5cm from the end of the cable.

2) cut off the cable's tension resistance.

3) Four pairs are inserted into each slot of the module in the color sequence.

4) use the cabling tool to wire each line and connect it to the slot.

The information module is divided into two methods: EIA/TLA568A and EIA/TIA568B.

Both 568A and 568B are implemented in one module, but their line-to-line distribution is different to reduce the crosstalk pairs generated. You can select either 568A or 568B in a system.

The 568A 2nd pairs (568B 3rd pairs) Turn 3 and 6 upside down to change the direction of the signal circulation in the wire, so that the adjacent lines become signals in the same direction, this reduces crosstalk pairs.

Currently, suppliers of information modules include IBM, Simon, D-Link youxun, and other companies with similar product structures, but their positions are different. Some panels are colored with twisted pair cables. When you use twisted pair cables to contract with twisted pair cables, the color labels can be correctly matched.

The following points should be paid attention to when crimping the information module:

1) twisted wires are screwed together in pairs. Wires screwed up at a certain distance can improve the anti-interference capability and reduce the Signal Crosstalk. During crimping, a pair of twisted wires can be unscrewed, put them on the port opposite to the information module.

2) The twisted pair cannot be screwed or torn apart at the end of the crimping, and the broken line is prevented.

3) when using the crimping tool, it should be compacted and there should be no looseness.

4) The twisted pair cannot exceed the requirements.

During on-site construction, sometimes the information module of Category 5 or Category 3 wires and 8-pin or 6-pin is squashed.

For example, one end of Category 5 wires (or Category 3 wires) is required to be pressed on an 8-PIN information module (or wiring Panel), and the other end is pressed on a 6-pin speech module.

In this case, both the 8-PIN information module and the 6-pin speech module have 8-pin at the intersection, which is different only in the output. Therefore, according to the 5-Class 8-pin crimping method, the 6-pin voice module will automatically give up a pair of brown lines.

After the module is connected, install it in the information outlet to facilitate the use of terminal devices in the work zone. The installation methods of information sockets of various manufacturers are similar. For details, refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
