How do I make a folder incremental backup more effective?

Due to the working relationship, I often need some important folder content to do a timely backup operation, although the file backup operation is very simple, but often to do similar copy and paste operation, but also continue to face the "Confirm file is replaced" dialog box test, indeed a little trouble, a chance, I found that using a file synchronization software called GoodSync can make incremental backup operations for important folders much easier.

After downloading the installation run GoodSync, perform the task/new command, open the New Task dialog box, enter the task name, such as "Incremental folder Backup", and if you need to incrementally back up important folder content, select Backup, and if you choose the Sync option, You can also implement a two-way incremental backup of a folder.
