How do you see if DNS is hijacked? Generally speaking, there are 2 cases of DNS hijacking, one is the router DNS is hijacked, the other is computer DNS is hijacked. For these 2 types of DNS hijacking, the following describes how to view each.

　　First, how to see if the computer DNS is hijacked

1. Right-click on the network icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, and in the pop-up options, click "Open Network and Sharing Center", as shown in the image below.

2. In the open Network and Sharing Center, click on the connected network name, then open the network status, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click "Properties" under Network status, in the pop-up Network Properties dialog box, first select "Internet Version Protocol 4 (TCP/IPV4)", then click on "Properties" below, as shown in the following figure.

　Second, how to see whether the router DNS is hijacked

In addition to computer DNS may be tampered with, router DNS is also easy to hack, the following with the Tp-link router as an example, teach you how to see if the router DNS has been tampered with.

1, first in the browser to open the router login address 192.168.1.1 (different brand router default address may also be different), and then use the Administrator account login, as shown in the figure below;

2, after landing the router background management interface, click on the "Network parameters" under the "Wan Port" settings, in the WAN port set the right interface, click on the bottom of the "Advanced settings", as shown in the figure below.

3, in the Open PPPoE Advanced Settings interface, you can see the default DNS address of the router, as shown in the figure below.

If this DNS is set up manually, as is the case with PC settings, and this is not the DNS address you set previously, your router DNS is hijacked, as shown in the following figure.
