In eclipse, the default encoding format for character encoding is iso-8859-1, each new JSP page needs to be manually rewritten, especially troublesome, how to set the new JSP file encoding to UTF-8?

Preference--> Find web->jsp files, we can see that the default JSP file character encoding is iso-8859-1 (ISO Latin-1)

Then set the encoding to ISO 10646/unicode (UTF-8) on the right and click OK to complete all the settings
