1. Open the PPT to be processed, click the "View" tab, and click "handout master", as shown in Figure 1:
2. you can set the parent board style here, such as "slide direction", "handout direction", and "number of slides per page". Here, we set "handout direction" to vertical, "Slide direction" is vertical, "number of slides per page" is three slides, as shown in Figure 2:
3. if you need to print the "date" and "page number" on the slide, check the corresponding small box and adjust the position where you want to print the "date, after the adjustment, select "close Master View", as shown in Figure 3:
4. Click "print" in the "file" menu and select the current handout to print three slides on each page, as shown in Figure 4:
5. You can see that the handouts will be printed according to the template style we designed. Click "print" to print the handouts, as shown in Figure 5:
After this operation, you can proceed. Of course, if you are using ppt2012 or the quota management version 2013, it may be a little different, but it will not have a big impact.
