Step 1. Turn on "USB debugging"
1. Under the Standby page, click "Application".
2. Click "Set".
3. Click "General".
4. Slide up the screen and click on the device.
5. Click on the "build number" 7 times, will prompt "developer mode is enabled."
6. Click on the "<" icon.
7. Click "Developer Options".
8. Click "USB Debugging" to hook it up, the screen will be prompted "USB debugging for development purposes only." It can be used to copy data between your computer and the device, install the application on your device without notice and read the record data, and click OK.
Step 2. Mobile phone and computer connection
1. Connect the cell phone and computer with the data cable and open the Pea pod.
2. When the cell phone and pea pod connected successfully, will show the phone model.
If the above operation is still unable to connect pea pods, recommended:
1. Update the PEA pod software version attempt.
2. Check that the computer has the appropriate. NET Framework version installed (the recommended version is. NET2.0 or above).
3. Check to see if the Android driver has been installed. Can be viewed in: "My Computer"-right-click Properties-Tab-"Hardware"-"Device Manager" (The Win7 system is in the computer-right key properties-Device Manager). If the new hardware appears in Device Manager, a yellow exclamation point is required to install the driver. To install the driver, please click here to download the Kies3 software and install it, but do not open the Kies3 software.
4. Check the computer USB cable and connection interface is normal, replace the computer USB interface attempt, desktop recommended by the host behind the USB interface.
5. If the above operation is still not available, it is recommended to replace the other Third-party synchronization software use.
