Most of our routers use external power adapters for power supply. To ensure normal use of the vro, the output specification of the external power adapter must match the power specification of the vro. For details, refer to the following method.

, Shell labels to view the power specifications of the router
On the labels of the vro, indicate the power supply specifications, as shown in the following figure:
In the figure, the power supply type indicates that when the router is working normally, the power supply input is 9 V, and the current is 0.6A DC.

View the output specification of the power adapter
View the output power specifications on the power adapter, as shown in the following figure:
In the figure above, the output specification of the power adapter is 9 V, 0.6A DC, which is consistent with the power specification on the router label, indicating that the specifications of the power adapter are matched.
If the specification of the power adapter does not match, the router may fail to start, work abnormally, or burn out the device, replace the matching power adapter.
