In fact, it can only allow the correction in the specified area to operate, but not to move the other parts of our document, and then achieve the protection of the Word document function. It is not possible to delete a document, except that the person who corrects it cannot enter useless content into the document.
The following is part of the document that you want to modify. Let the students fill out their own, but only in the designated space to fill out, but can not change the style of my table, realize the following steps:
First step: Select the area that only allows others to modify → Click the Tools button on the menu bar → Select protect Document.
Step two: In the Pop-up Protection Document dialog box, under the Formatting restrictions check "Restrict formatting to selected styles" → Check under Edit restrictions select "Allow such edits only in documents" → select "Everyone" → click "Yes" in the exception (optional) Start the Force protection.
Step three: Enter the password in the Start Force Protection dialog box → OK. At this point, we've set up the protection document, which can only be modified in the specified area, other parts do not move, really play a role in protecting the document (Figure 2).
When we put the document back in, the document still has brackets in it, and we can unprotect the document in the following way. Click the Tools button on the menu bar → select "Unprotect document" → Enter the password → ok → Remove the "allow this type of editing in the document only" check out under the editing restrictions.
