In fact, the mail merge feature in Word can be quickly completed.

Suppose that the salary scale is the form below.

The label requirement on the file bag is this form. The specific production method is as follows.

First design the label in Word. Open a Word blank page and click the mail → start mail merge → label menu command.

Select a label template from the list of page label templates in Label options. Notice whether the label size is appropriate from the label information on the right.

Click the "Details" button, you can change the label number of rows and sizes, such as margin settings.

Next select the label's data source file. Click the "mail → select recipients → use existing list" command in turn.

Locate the original data Excel file for the person's payroll and address in your computer, and click on the "Open" button to open the file.

Next, select whether the first row of the label contains column headings. Here we choose not to include the title, remove the bottom of the "first row of data contains column headings" selection box.

Then, with the "Mail → insert merge fields" menu, select the name of the field you want to appear in the label, where we select "Employee Name", "Pay", "Send Address" 3 basic fields.

Then, click the "Update Tab" button on the "Mail" menu to update all the labels.

The updated label format displays the following figure.

Finally, click on the "mail → complete and merge → Edit single document" command to preview the resulting final word label.

Print out the labels and crop them on each employee's file bag.
