5. Copy this file to the Temp folder
Cp/mnt/mvmwaretools-8.8.4-743747.tar.gz/tmp
6. Uninstall cdrom, execute umount/dev/cdrom
7. Go to the TMP file directory and unzip the file package
Cd/tmp
Tar zxf vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
Unzip the default to the Vmware-tools-distrib directory: You can use Ls-ll to view the files under the folder
8. Go to Vmware-tools-distrib and install VMware Tools.
