How to add comments to a PowerPoint2013 presentation

On the slide, click the text or object that you want to annotate, or click anywhere on the slide to add a general comment.

Click Review > comments > new annotation . This opens the annotation pane on the side of the slide pane and places an orange active annotation icon next to the element related to the annotation

Type your comments in the text entry box. To complete the operation, click the area outside the comment box, or press the Tab key.

If the annotation pane is already open, you can click New annotation to add the annotation to the selected text, object, or slide. You can use this method to attach multiple annotations to the same text or object.

Elements with annotations will be annotated with an icon

to indicate. Click the icon to view comments about the element in the annotation pane .

To move between annotations, click the up or down arrows at the top of the annotation pane .

Edit or reply to a comment

Use the annotation pane to reply to comments that were added by other reviewers, or to edit them.

on the slide : Right-click the annotation icon for the annotation you want to delete
