How to convert pictures into pop art style

Separate color:

First, all we have to do is get rid of all the shadows on the picture, so that the shapes are made up of colors. Next, we'll learn this technique step-by-step.

First step:

Open the picture you want to edit and adjust the picture size (Image > Image size) to what you need. This will improve the quality of low-resolution images.

Step Two:
