Second, download the map
Here is an example of a "Lasa" surface topographic map.
start water via note Universal Map Downloader, switch online map to "terrain. wiki", enter "Lasa" in query positioning,as shown in.
Click the "Search" button to navigate to Lasa and the administrative boundaries of the area, select the toolbar "box to download Area", click on the area you want to download, double-tap the box to start the new task,as shown in.
In the level list, you can select any level, but before selecting the level, it is best to check the online map to see if the level of data you want to download, here need to download 10 meters of high-distance topographic map, we tick 19. After selecting a good level, click OK to start the download.
when the download is complete, a dialog box asks if you want to export now, select Yes, and then display the Export Picture Data dialog box.as shown in.
in this dialog box, you do not need to make any settings, click the "Output" button to export the data by default parameters. The default export path is "D:\SGDownload\ Lasa _ Stitching [Default]\l19".
View the export results,as shown in.
you can see that every 10 meters there is a contour line, every 50 meters of contours marked the specific elevation.
