Sometimes we want to enter multiple lines of content in an Excel cell, and you can choose the following method to do so depending on the situation:

Method One: If there is a large number of cells that need to be done, take this formatting by selecting the cells that require this format, executing the format → cells command, opening the Format Cells dialog box (figure), switching to the Alignment tab, selecting the Word wrap option, and deciding to return.

Later, when you enter characters that exceed column widths in such cells, the system automatically arranges rows by column width.

Method Two: If only a small number of cells need to do this, take this manual method to achieve: in the input process, the need to change lines, directly press the "Alt+enter" key combination, continue to enter on it.

Note: If you have already entered all the data to complete the want to wrap, as long as the cursor is set at the line, press the combination of the above key.
