How to connect to the specified database using the tnsnames. ora file of the oracle database for the given server name, user name and password, for example: server name 192.168.0.20, user name and password

The method to connect to the database is: Enable tnsnames. add the Code 20 = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 192.168.0.20) (PORT = 1521) in the ora file ))) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = orcl) where 20 is the name of the database, and 192.168.0.20 is the name of the server. Generally, the port is 1521 and will not change.
