How to export and clear an iPhone record

Managing the address book on the iPhone is still a little troublesome.
1. Install iTunes and use the synchronization function of iTunes to synchronize the address book on the original mobile phone to the local outlook or gmail (I chose to synchronize it to Gmail ).
2. Use the export address book function of Gmail to export the address book to a local CSV file.
3. Clear the Gmail address book and use the synchronization function of iTunes to synchronize the address book again. You can back up the address book and clear all the original addresses.
4. (optional) export the CSV file back to the Gmail account. If necessary, synchronize the CSV file to the iPhone.
