If you are building a Java Project project, choose Build Path->config build path by right-clicking your project name in Myeclispe. Then in the popup Java build path this polygon box, select Libraries This tab, and then choose Add External Jars This button to select the jar package you want to add.
If it is Web project you can do it as well, but the simplest thing is to copy the jar package into the Webroot/web-inf/lib directory of your project.
