In a Word2013 document, if a user sets a background color or background picture for a Word document, and you want to implement a print background, you need to set the printing options, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2013080809.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Show tab. Select the print background colors and images check box in the print Options area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2013080810.

Word Home tip: After you set up the print background color and image features, it works for all Word2013 documents. Therefore, you need to cancel the print background colors and images check box after the user completes the print background operation for the current Word2010 document.
