1, in the desktop space right--------Arrange the icon-------remove the "Lock Web items on the desktop" before the hook removed. If there is no tick, please look down.

2, right button "My Computer" icon--------properties Pop-up Properties window, switch to the Advanced tab, click the "Performance" of the "settings" key.
