At the same time, please note that such statements should be quantified as much as possible. But you should also pay attention to avoid being too careful. Otherwise, the boss will feel that you are calculating the account with him.

Experience 3: Determine your expectations and bottom line before negotiation, rather than blindly negotiation.

Whether the negotiation is successful depends on whether the value of both parties is too far different.

In addition, there are some other tips. For example, if your salary base is high, you 'd better talk about the percentage when talking about salary increases. For example, if you already have a salary of more than 20 K and you increase your salary by 20%, the boss may not feel much, but if you say you want to increase the salary by 4000 yuan, he may feel that this is a large amount of data, and he may be psychologically rejected. If your salary base is low, you 'd better talk about the fixed value. The principle is simple.
