Cause of the problem:

Kettle the various configuration files generated by default are stored under C:\Users\Administrator\.kettle, and the SQL Agent runtime uses system32 Administrator privileges to run

Locate the. Kettle folder below C:\Users\Administrator, and copy to C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile below, if the destination file already exists , the direct replacement
