Due to the clean removal of Oracle Clusterware (CRS), the root.sh command failed to run when CRS was installed.

Reason Analysis:

OCR, voting files need to be reduced to the grid (clear 0) to be reused.

5. Delete temporary files

6. Delete/etc/oracle/ocr.loc file

7. Uninstall CRS software using Oracle Universal Installer (refer to one, 3,)

8, erase the contents of OCR and voting disk *
