How to use the cutting function of PPT to cut the perfect picture proportionally

The length-width ratio used for slides is 4:3 or 16:9. How can you quickly set the background chart to the above proportions when making a full-picture slide? The method is simple.

Take 16:9 as an example, select the inserted picture, click Crop-"aspect ratio"-"16:9"

Hold down the SHIFT key, drag the control box in the lower right corner, and resize the picture proportionally. The subject of the screen is arranged in the appropriate position, leaving room for the text. Click the "Crop" button again to finish cropping the picture.

You can also crop a picture to a positive circle or a square by a scale of 1:1.

The method is as follows: Insert a picture, select Crop Tool-"aspect ratio"-"1:1"
