First, install the IIS7
Open (1) [Programs and features], then tap (2) [Turn Windows features on or off]
Tick (1) [IIS Admin Console] and (2) CGI and click the [OK] button to wait for the installation to complete. This process may require a system installation CD-ROM.
Once the installation is complete, go to [Administrative Tools] under [Control Panel] and open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager to see [fastcgi settings].
Second, install the PHP Manager
Visit http://phpmanager.codeplex.com/releases/view/69115 to download the PHP Manager. Where x86 is used for 32-bit Windows systems, x64 is used for 64-bit Windows systems, please download according to the Windows system used.
Once downloaded, double-click the default installation. When the installation is complete, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager to see [PHP Manager].
Third, install PHP
To access http://windows.php.net, download the required PHP version.
note that the zip version of NTS (non-thread safe) is selected.
After downloading, unzip it to the specified directory, such as C:\PHP.
Then, open open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, double-click the [PHP Manager] icon, and click (1) [Register new PHP version].
In the pop-up window (2), enter or select the Php-cgi.exe in the previous unzip directory (for example, C:\PHP). When finished, click [OK].
Click [Check Phpinfo ()], select a site to check the PHP environment, check whether PHP installation is successful.
Note: If you have multiple versions of PHP registered, you can click [Change PHP Version] to switch.
