Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window and switch to the page layout ribbon. Click the Watermark button in the page background group and select the Custom Watermark command in the Open Watermark panel, as shown in Figure 1.

2nd step, in the Open Watermark dialog box, select the Picture Watermark Radio box and click the Select Picture button, as shown in Figure 2.

In step 3rd, open the Insert Picture dialog box, find and select the picture that is the watermark, and click the Insert button, as shown in Figure 3.

The 4th step, return to the Watermark dialog box, select the "Erosion" checkbox, so that the picture can render a more ambiguous display, so as not to affect the body reading. In the Zoom Drop-down list, you can select the zoom scale for the picture watermark (such as 50%, 200%, and so on). When you are finished, click the OK button, as shown in Figure 4.
