First, make sure that your computer motherboard supports uefi. When you enter the bios, you can see that uefi is supported. New computers generally support uefi by default, so you don't need to check it.
Then, prepare an original win7 64-bit iso image. For example, I use cn_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_677408.iso, a USB flash drive larger than 8 GB.
Finally, you need a computer (which sounds like nonsense)
First, open the ultraIso software, plug in the USB flash drive, and prepare a USB flash drive.

Writing method. We recommend that you select usb-hdd + and format it to fat32 first. It is said that this is very important. Click format after preparation. After it is complete, you can restart, enter the bios, and set it to a USB flash drive.

If the installation is successful, you will enter the traditional installation interface, but here we just try to see if the USB flash drive can be started, so in the following prompt, We will cancel the installation. Access the system normally. To support uefi, we need a USB flash drive.

Open the USB flash drive and there is an efi directory under the root directory. Click in and you will find that there is only one microsoft folder. We need to create a boot folder. Note that,Build boot under efiIt is neither under the microsoft directory nor under the root directory of the USB flash drive. Then go to the newly created boot directory and copy a bootX64.efi file. This file is available on the Internet. If you are not at ease, you can also go to the 64-bit c: \ widnows \ boot of win7.

Copy the following bootmgfw. efi file and change it to this name (I heard that win8 can also be used, but I have never tried it ). I used it online for the first time and extracted it directly from the installed system for the second time.

GPT is a new disk mode, which is more stable than common MBR disks and has higher self-correction capability. The number of primary partitions on a disk is not limited by (4, supports the total capacity of 2 TB and partitions larger than 2 TB (almost no upper limit, up to 128 partitions, and up to 256 TB partition size ).

1. convert an MBR disk to a GPT disk.
Type
Diskpart
Open the diskpart Tool
Select target disk
List disk -------------------- list disks owned by the System

2. Clear the target disk and convert it to the GPT format.
Clean ------------------------- clear the disk. This command will erase all data on the disk (note that important data is backed up before)

3. Create an EFI partition and system installation Partition
Create partition efi size = 200 --------------- create an EFI partition with a size of 200 M

Create partition msr size = 128 -------------- create an MSR partition. If Microsoft creates a partition by default, the size is 128 MB.

Create partition primary size = 51200 ------- create a primary partition with a size of 50 GB. Adjust the size according to your needs. This partition is used to install win7

This is not the focus of this article. However, I heard that the efi partition is useful for restoring installation.
