How to install the SRC. RPM package?

Download a file named SRC. RPM today.
I didn't pay attention to it at the time. I still followed the RPM method to install it and then prompted an error.
After checking the information, you can find that the installation of such files is a little different:

Method 1: RedHat 9 or more
# Rpmbuild -- rebuild XXXX. SRC. rpm
Method 2:
# Rpm -- recompile XXXX. SRC. rpm
# Rpm -- rebuild XXXX. SRC. rpm

Note: In addition, after running,/usr/src/RedHat (or your system name)/RPMS/i386 (or x86 corresponding to the file name) create the corresponding XXXX. RPM file.
Go to the folder and run
# Rpm-ivh xxxx. RPM Installation
