4. Open the terminal and obtain the "root" permission (enter "sudo su" in the terminal)
5. Enter ls on the terminal and you will see vmware-tools-distrib.

8 you will see a vmware-install.pl File
9 enter "./vmware-install.pl" in the terminal and then press the Enter key.
10. wait for a few minutes and press the Enter key from time to time until you can see it. the vmware team can close the window and restart it to make a new look.
