Learning PHP and learning any kind of computer language are the same:
Computers are ignorant, so you need to describe each step in detail.

You have to learn to describe exactly what you want to do and how to do it in human language.
And then translate all of that into a computer language (like PHP).

Read and do Exercises
Practice

Practice is more than learning, do a lot of practice! Look at the more excellent cases, imitation!

Keep learning and practicing.

The big gods upstairs are right, but I have two experiences:
1. Must do, do not understand their own data, thousands of trial and error, and then is asked. You'll find that your understanding of PHP is far more than reading or taking lessons.
2. In order to avoid making the same mistakes, make a note of any knowledge that you do not understand, code-based, for future reference. I have been on the job for about a year and have recorded more than 400 pages of knowledge, and in the end you will find that the problems you encounter in your work can be found in your own manual. At this point, you should be more able to cope.
