How to make Non-mainstream pink

Create a new layer, the foreground color is set to: #FEFBDF, the background color is set to: #D50D96, execute menu: Filter > Render > Cloud, OK then press CTRL + ALT + F to strengthen the effect as shown in Figure 5, change the layer blending mode to "soft light", layer opacity to: 40%,

Create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer, then change the layer blending mode to "multiply", layer opacity to: 60%, plus mask to wipe out the face of the characters

Create a new layer press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer press CTRL + U hue/saturation parameter settings as shown in Figure 8, make sure to press CTRL + J to copy one layer, point channel face version point green Channel Press CTRL + a all select Ctrl + C copy, point blue Channel Press CTRL + V Paste back to the layers version, change the layer blending mode to "multiply", layer opacity to: 40%

Create a new layer fill color: #FEFBDF, and then change the layer blending mode to "multiply"

Merge all layers using the Topaz filter to sharpen it, it's done.
