How to make the connection valid on proftpd

I want to create a movie directory on the D Drive of fat32 and connect it to the dowload directory.

1. Use ln-s soft connection. It seems that it is invisible on other machines.
2. Hard connection, cannot be created,
3. mount -- bind old new, which can be created successfully, but cannot be accessed on other machines. I cannot use my own account as an ftp user account, how can this be solved?
