3389The port is the port used for Remote Desktop Connection, but unfortunately, this port is often used by hackers, so modifying the port is undoubtedly a safe choice, this greatly reduces the risk of becoming a zombie.
Next we will teach you how to modify the Port:
Step 1: Open "Start> Run", enter "Regedit", open the registry, and go to the following path: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \
CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ WDS \ rdpwd \ TDS \ Tcp]. Have you seen the portnamber value? The default value is 3389, which can be changed to the desired port. For example, 5667 must be in decimal format.
Then, open [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ currentcontro1set \ Control \ tenninal Server \ winstations \ RDP \ Tcp] and change the portnumber value (3389 by default) to port 5667.
After the registry is modified, restart the computer and the port will take effect. You can use port 5667 for remote logon by adding a colon to the IP address, the port we modified is behind the colon.
