How to: Open IIS Manager

Hello everyone, my name is Li Jingyang. I am very happy to meet you, because recently I found that many friends do not even know how to open IIS management, maybe because the versions of different systems are different, so I am posting a simple post today to open the IIS manager.

Start IIS manager of IIS 7.0You must log on to the local computer as a member of the Administrators group to perform the following procedures, or you must have the appropriate authorization required by the delegation.

Note:
On Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server, if User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, a message may be displayed when you attempt to access the IIS manager. If so, click "continue ". For more information, see User Account Control ).

Start IIS manager from the "run" dialog box

1. On the Start Menu, click all programs, attachments, and run ".

2. In the open box, type inetmgr and click OK ".

Start IIS manager from the Management Service Console

1. On the Start Menu, click all programs, attachments, and run ".

2. In the "run" text box, type "Control Panel" and click "OK ".

3. In the "control panel" window, click "classic view" and double-click "Administrative Tools ".

4. In the Administrative Tools window, double-click Internet Information Service ".

1. On the Start Menu, click Run ".

2. In the open dialog box, type inetmgr and click OK ".

• On the Start Menu, click Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Service (IIS) manager ".

Open IIS manager in Windows XP

1. On the Start Menu, click Control Panel ".

2. Double-click "Administrative Tools" and double-click "Internet information service ".

• On the Start Menu, click applications, administrative tools, and Internet service manager ".
