How to prevent Chinese characters from being garbled during webpage Transmission

Source: Internet
Author: User
A winform program needs to call a WebServices. This WebService has a web method getcount (datetime dt1, datetime dt2). This method reads the number of qualified data in the database, and the content is generally:
Select count (*) as expr1
From jsfp
Where ([date]> = ?) And ([date] <= ?) And (Kemu = 'hangzhou ')

When the winform program calls the getcount method of WebServices, there is always an error. The error prompt shows 'Meeting 'as a messy character. if you use English or other characters to replace 'Meeting ', no error will occur.

This is a Chinese character encoding/decoding error during transmission. You need to add the following statement to the system. web section of the web. config file in WebServices:
<Globalization requestencoding = "UTF-8" responseencoding = "UTF-8"
Fileencoding = "UTF-8"/>
