1. Fax report sent

 

1. Press fax on the control panel.

 

2. Press menu on the control panel.

 

3. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find system settings, and then press OK.

 

4. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find the report, and then press OK.

 

5. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find the sent fax, and then press OK.

 

II. Received fax report

 

1. Press fax on the control panel.

 

2. Press menu on the control panel.

 

3. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find system settings, and then press OK.

 

4. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find the report, and then press OK.

 

5. Press the left and right arrows on the control panel to find the received fax, and then press OK.

 

  

 

After the above operations are completed, the machine's fax report is printed successfully.
