Ping the peer IP address and use ARP-a to view the ARP cache on the machine. One of them is your own machine, and the other is the IP address. Use ipconfig/all to check your MAC address.
Check the nbtstat-a ip address of another machine in the same network segment or the ping IP address. The MAC address of the NIC of the host will be saved to the ARP cache. Use ARP-a to view the content.
(1) Check the machine name and MAC address of the other Party based on the IP Address:
