How to quickly open a recently used Word document
(1) After you start the Word 2010 application, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button on the left side of the title bar, and in the Drop-down list that opens, select the open Recently used files command option to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.
(2) Click the "Open Recently Used Files" button in the Quick Access Toolbar to enter the recently used files view in the background view, where you can see a list of recently used documents and lists of recent locations.
(3) at the bottom of the Recently used document pane, select the quickly access this number of recently used documents: check box, and then set the number of documents in the text box to the right, and the specified number of document lists will be synchronized in the navigation bar of the background view. This way, you can quickly find them in the navigation bar when you need to access the most recently used documents.
