How to reference the custom template file in Vim

We can refer to custom templates when using Vim to create new files to avoid repetitive data format processing that takes too much time.

The implementation method is simple and requires only 2 steps:
1. In the. Vim/template directory, put your own template files (such as shellconfig.sh, pythonconfig.py), and the contents are:
